We love designing new & unique Amazing Races

Getting to know you, your team and the challenges you are facing is what we do best – so we can design your tailored team building event!

Some Tailored examples!

We love a challenge!  We love designing and running events in cities, indoor venues, remote towns and the middle of nowhere. We even love designing races and events on the move! (Picture a team event on a moving train, plane, ship or horse-drawn carriage!).

So challenge us! Where would you like to go?

Here are some of the customised Corporate Amazing Race events we have designed & hosted to date…..

Brisbane to Gold Coast Amazing Race

We hosted an Amazing Race for Celebrity Ink which started in Brisbane CBD & finished on the beach on the Gold Coast. We included plenty of different fun activities for the team to take part in during their race, including Jetboats & an Escape Room where the first team to escape got an advantage. The race took part over 8 hours, and the teams travelled over 77kms, using different public transport options. We had the teams travelling by train to the Gold Coast, including a lunch stop on the way.

A race for 400 people!

We recently hosted an Amazing Race in Parramatta for Sydney Water for a total of 400 people.

The race was hosted around the beautiful Parramatta park & surrounding streets & arcades. The teams started in Parramatta Park after a catch-up with food trucks & a few games before the teams explored some of the exciting laneways & gardens around Parramatta while competing against each other in the Amazing Race.

Amazing Race around the NSW Art Gallery

When the Lendi group called us & said that they have a conference coming up in the NSW Art Gallery & they would like to organise an Amazing Race as their break-out session we were so excited. We contacted the Art Gallery & met with their events co-ordinator who kindly allowed us to design & host a great Amazing Race around the gallery, including using some of their exhibitions as checkpoints.

One of the challenges the teams had to complete was to enter a room full of balloons & search for some symbols, once located they had to come out & explain them to their teammates to redraw them. This race was a great success & we must admit – so much fun!!!

Grand Prix Amazing Race

The team from Thornton Lee really wanted to bring the competition into their team building activity. We started their Amazing Race at Hyperkarting in Moore Park, where the average lap times were taken & the team with the fastest times overall started their Amazing Race around Moore Park first.

This was a great way to start off an Amazing Race & really did get the competitive juices flowing.

Nth QLD Cowboys Amazing Race

We were contacted by the admin team at the North Queensland Cowboys to host an Amazing Race recently, starting at their stadium. We then liaised with the stadium staff & organised for the first challenge to be inside the stadium itself. We had the teams searching different sections of the seating areas for a number of clues for them to put together in order to work out their first checkpoint location. We then had them running around Townsville enjoying all the amazing sites & areas around the Stadium. This was a great race & we thoroughly enjoyed hosting it for them.

Ballarat Amazing Race

We were contacted by the team from Gorst Rural who decided to host their annual conference in Ballarat this year & wanted to do something a bit different for their break-out session. They wanted to do our popular Amazing Race, but with their teams self-driving around the area.

We absolutely loved designing & planning this event for them, we had them gold panning at Sovereign Hill, answering questions at the Eureka Stockade Memorial Museum & visiting local ice cream shops in town. This was such a unique event & they were such an amazing team to host on the day.

Amazing Race around Mt Isa

We were recently contacted by the Royal Flying Doctor Service, Queensland to host an Amazing Race around Mt Isa. For those who don’t know, Mt Isa is in the middle of Queensland (near the NT border). Doing a remote race always has its difficulties with regards to the limitations around checkpoint locations, however we went & spoke to local businesses & used some of the tourist attractions around Mt Isa to make a memorable race for the client.

Green Island Amazing Race

We were contacted by the team from Sandoz who wanted to have their annual retreat in Cairns this year. They wanted to spend the day on Green Island (about 50 mins from Cairns in the middle of the Barrier Reef) as a reward for their team & they wanted to host an Amazing Race around the Island. So we planned a great race with a number of different checkpoints placed around the Island.

The race started on the charter boat over to the Island & finished with a spectacular lunch & the winning team being crowned. We have to admit – this race was a lot of fun!

Adelaide Wellfest

The City of Adelaide contacted us as they were looking for a fun, innovative & creative event to host as the main event for the Adelaide Wellfest. We worked really closely with the City of Adelaide to plan out the appropriate checkpoints & incorporate local businesses into the race as well. We also set up a ticketing website for the ease of people registering their teams. In the end, we had 436 people in 109 teams turn up on the day & race around Adelaide. It was so much fun planning & hosting this event. We honestly can not wait to host it again next year.

G Adventures Amazing Race

G-Adventures reached out to us recently wanting to design an Amazing Race for their suppliers & travel agent professionals from Flight Centre for their upcoming conference in Brisbane. We worked really closely with G-Adventures & also some local businesses (including some of their Flight Centre offices around Brisbane) and created a really cool Amazing Race. The teams went from their conference room through the CBD & finished at their headquarters on Southbank. This was a really fun race for us.
